Flexible working

One of our current contracts awarded in August 2004 called for fixed price certainty across the term of the contract. Aim Hygiene Services Ltd built in financial risk based on continuity of a stable income over the course of the contract period, this included absorbing the minimum wage increase, which was unknown at the time of tendering, plus price inflation. However, the risk did not include any temporary stop of contract activity or early termination by the client.

Aim Hygiene Services Ltd, having been presented with the above mentioned scenario were able to adjust to the peaks and flows presented. This showed through innovation of Aim Hygiene Services Ltd Management flexibility in a very tight cost environment.
